OptiSystem 10.0
OTTAWA, ONTARIO — June 18, 2011 — Optiwave Systems Inc., the leading provider of optical component and system design tools, today announced the immediate availability of OptiSystem 10.0, the latest version of its optical communication system design suite. This major release delivers a number of new enhancements such as: increased co-simulation capability, additional component libraries, improved GUI, and an advanced simulation scheduler.
Another new features is the addition of Praseodymium Doped Fiber. This new fiber allows users to design amplifiers operating in the 1300 nm window.
